South America Cruising – Around the Tip

When cruising South America, you have two options in cruising the coast of Chile. The first option is to depart from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and dock at Valparaiso, Chile.  From Valparaiso the trip to Santiago is approximately forty-five (45) minutes to one and half (1-1/2) hours over the mountains. The second option is the reverse and you will see the Chilean Fjords, Argentina, and parts of Brazil. Using frequent flyer points will save you on either of these cruises.

Maximizing Your Alaskan Cruise

When you are cruising to Alaska traveling north from Seattle or Vancouver to Seward or Whittier and you have a picture window or balcony it is vitally important to have your cabin on the right side of the ship or Starboard in order for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery as the ship is sailing.

Norway Cruising – Outshines Alaska

Looking for a fantastic cruise?  I recommend to almost everyone cruising the beautiful country of Norway.  This is simply one of the greatest cruises I have sailed.  I was fortunate to sail on the six-star Regent Cruise Line.   We departed from Copenhagen, sailing all the way up the west coast of Norway to the most northern part of Europe which is North Cape.  In my opinion, cruising Norway outshines even an Alaskan Cruise.
